Running four branches on one contact page costs you every local search. Here is how PJ clinics, tuition chains and franchises should structure branch pages, booking and reviews.
One Website, Several Branches, Zero Local Visibility
Petaling Jaya is full of businesses that outgrew a single outlet: dental and physiotherapy clinics with three locations, tuition centres in SS2 and Damansara, F&B groups across Jaya One and Bandar Utama, service franchises spread from Kelana Jaya to Sunway. Most still run one website with a single “Contact Us” page listing every address in a column.
To a customer that is mildly inconvenient. To Google it is fatal: there is no page that clearly represents the Damansara branch, so there is nothing to rank when someone searches for that service near Damansara.
The Structure That Works
Give every branch its own indexable URL, then keep the shared content shared:
/branches/ss2,/branches/damansara,/branches/kelana-jaya— one page per outlet- Service pages stay central and describe what you do
- Branch pages describe where, who and when — and link to the services that branch offers
This avoids the duplicate-content trap of copying full service descriptions onto every branch page while still giving each location a real presence.
What Belongs on a Branch Page
- Name, address, phone in matching format to your Google Business Profile for that outlet — character for character.
- Opening hours for that branch, including the public-holiday differences that PJ customers always ask about.
- Parking and access notes: which floor, which entrance, whether there is a lift, what the parking situation is at 6pm. This is the detail that gets read most and mentioned in reviews.
- The team at that location, with photos and the languages they speak.
- Branch-specific services, since equipment and specialists rarely match across outlets.
- Reviews from that branch, not a pooled sitewide carousel.
- LocalBusiness structured data per page with that branch's coordinates and hours.
Booking Has to Be Branch-Aware
The most common failure in multi-location sites is a booking form that does not know where the customer is. If a patient books at the SS2 page and the enquiry lands in a shared inbox with no branch tag, someone calls back to ask a question the customer already answered.
Pass the branch as a hidden field from the page they booked on, route the notification to that branch's WhatsApp or inbox, show only that branch's available slots, and include the branch name in the confirmation message. A visitor who lands on the wrong branch page should also get an easy “book at another outlet” switch rather than a dead end.
Managing Reviews Across Outlets
Each branch needs its own verified Business Profile and its own review flow. Send the review request from the branch that served the customer, and pull those reviews onto the matching branch page. A chain with four profiles at 4.7 stars outranks a chain with one profile and three unclaimed listings, every time.
Keeping It Maintainable
Branch pages rot fast when they are hand-built copies. Drive them from a single data source — one record per branch holding address, hours, team, services and coordinates — so opening a fifth outlet means adding a record, not rebuilding a page. Hours changed for Raya? One edit updates the page, the schema and the booking calendar together.
If your PJ network is currently sharing one contact page, splitting it properly is usually the highest-return change available. Our web design Petaling Jaya service builds branch structures from a single data source, and connects them to a CRM so each outlet sees only its own leads.
